Learn how to effectively lead the desired change in higher education management
How do we know that the higher education we provide today meets or exceeds the expectations all stakeholders, including students, faculty, employers, regulatory agencies, and internationally recognized accreditation organizations? What polices, practices, procedures, and leadership concepts are in place to ensure that the academic institution is meeting all of its obligations relative to quality, or at least on a clearly understood and actionable plan for continuous quality improvement?
Answers to these key strategic questions will be provided during this dynamic and interactive 5-day workshop on Quality Assurance in Higher Education. By using real-world examples based on the best practices and lessons learned from more then 500 academic institutions from throughout the world, we will explore and explain the essential elements and principles associated with academic quality. Workshop learning includes time for each participant to be mentored on how to develop specific action plans for his/her institution.
Stakeholders at all levels are increasing their demands for quality assurance in higher education. Attend this workshop and you will learn what you and your academic institution need to do in order to address these demands, provide the highest quality educational experience, and complete the transformation of your institution into a truly world-class center of academic excellence.
